NextStep Recruiting is seeking a  Solutions Architect  with a strong integration background for an established technology firm. This position will work closely with a small team to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level integration solutions, primarily leveraging BizTalk and IBM MQ to handle data exchange. In addition, you will support and optimize existing systems, collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements, and provide level 3 client-facing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement BizTalk integrations (pipelines, orchestrations, functions, and maps)
• Configure and maintain IBM MQ Series solutions (server-side, queues, monitoring)
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, serving as a level 3 support resource
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including external clients, to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability
