The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Accounting is required
- At least 6 years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing industry, 3 years of leadership experience
- Ability to maintain cost accounting, inventory control, and budget costs vs actual production costs
- Advanced knowledge in handling raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Advanced Excel skills are required, along with MS Dynamics or Navision ERP
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing company with the ability to anticipate what needs to be done
- A proactive self-starter, leads by example, and drives processes is highly desired
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and work independently with minimal direction
