The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights and operational analysis for multiple units and brands, partnering with leadership to drive business performance. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and generating Board-level presentations.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
- 5 years of FP&A experience, forecasting, and budgeting for multiple entities/brands
- Expertise in Adaptive Planning and NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to create complex financial models
Preferred:
- M&A and Private Equity experience
- Strong analytical and business acumen skills

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
