NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a well-established company to find a Payroll File Clerk for a temporary assignment. An ideal candidate will be organized, bilingual, and comfortable handling sensitive employee documents, mail processing, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Experience with FedEx Online shipping tools
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with flexibility for longer hours if needed
- Previous experience handling payroll documentation or administrative support
- Familiarity with I-9 forms and employee document filing
- Experience working with mail distribution processes
