NextStep Recruiting is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer on behalf of a specialized SaaS provider. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, triaging, and supporting production software applications used by external clients. In addition to ensuring platform availability, the role involves technical research, business process analysis, and the implementation of solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Azure cloud resources (App Services, VMs, databases, storage, networking) for a SaaS platform
- Manage Azure security, domains, certificates, and app registrations
- Deploy new releases and hotfixes to production, overseeing CI / CD pipelines
- Support single tenant architecture through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Implement strong security measures to protect sensitive client data
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and maintain platform performance
