Sr. Financial Analyst - Manufacturing. Sr. Cost Analyst. Financial Cost Analyst. Hybrid - Dallas! NextStep Recruiting is working with a large, international Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Food Manufacturing organization that is looking to hire an experienced Financial Analyst with strong manufacturing industry and cost analysis experience. The role is hybrid in Dallas so the candidate must be local to the Dallas market. Candidates should have :
- A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or a related field
- 4 plus years of corporate finance and / or accounting experience with good experience in a manufacturing or plant manufacturing industry / CPG industry a plus
- Large ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, etc. Strong Excel skills and strong experience manipulating large data sets
- Good experience with P&L review and analysis, BOM review, standard cost analysis, etc.
