What are the responsibilities and job description for the Task Manager/ Test Planner position at NextStep Technology, Inc.?
Requirements:
- Experience overseeing test planning efforts, including developing test concepts, test scenarios, test products, writing program test plans, and developing detailed test plans.
- Requires at least 12 years of supervisory, project management, research, and planning experience.
- Experience in the development of test and evaluation plans.
- Experience with the application of statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors test and evaluation methods.
- Military, Civilian, or Contractor trained and educated in Operational Research Systems Analysis (ORSA).
- Must possess Top Secret (TS) clearance and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
Education/Certifications (Required):
- Master\’s Degree in a technical field (math, science, engineering, computer programming, or technical-related field with Operations Research-related emphasis), if the Master\’s Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10 years of test and evaluation experience.
