Job Summary:
The Advanced Management Trainee (AMT) program combines a series of rotations in various departments and classroom seminars, with the purpose of preparing the individual for a leadership role in the area that maximizes their strengths and career advancement potential. Upon completion of the program, the Advanced Management Trainee graduate will take on a key role as a new Business Development Representative and/or Account Management. Following one’s time in Account Management, Management Trainee graduates will be eligible to apply for a position in one of several areas, including but not limited to: Audits, Revenue Cycle Management, Utilization Review or Billing/ Reimbursements.

· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or will obtain within 6 monhs
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
