About Us:
Chris Christensen Systems, LLC, part of Nexus Brands Group's Pet Group, is a leader in the dog show and grooming industries that manufactures a variety of products for show enthusiasts and professional groomers including shampoos, conditioners, odor control, styling products, and more. We have a wide variety of products, with over 425 SKUs, 70% of which are manufactured within our warehouse located in Fairfield, Texas. We are seeking a hard-working, detail oriented, self-starter to add to our warehouse family.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Specialist works with various domestic and international distributors to input new orders for processing. Provides prompt, professional assistance to retail customers and maintains an excellent rapport with authorized distributors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Input, in a timely manner, new purchase orders received by authorized distributors into NetSuite system
- Assist walk-in customers with product purchases
- Actively listen to distributor needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
- Communicate with authorized distributors by email/phone regarding order changes or issues
- Provide professional assistance with resolving order issues for authorized distributors and retail customers
- Process returned products
- Receive and investigate distributor or retail customer complaints by consulting with shipping teams, warehouse associates, leadership or other personnel to provide solutions for missing, damaged or delayed shipments
- Educate customers on products as needed and provide guidance on purchases
- Manage and order office supplies
- Continually assess processes for improvement opportunities
- Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s values.
Is this role for you?
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory results of a background check
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP Systems
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Interpersonal aptitude and ability to get along with diverse personalities and develop strong business relationships with authorized distributors and customers in tactful, mature, and flexible ways
Job Environment and Requirements
Environment: Individual will sit at a desk for extended periods of time. May require walking for short periods, reaching above shoulder level, and occasionally lifting up to 25lbs.
Working Hours: Must be willing and able to adhere to the work schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Punctuality and reliability for scheduled hours are essential and required
