Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data and AI projects for our enterprise clients. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery. You will work across cross-functional teams and time zones to ensure success, while owning delivery KPIs and contributing to customer satisfaction, adoption, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements, from kickoff through go-live and closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure on-time delivery, scope alignment, and project profitability
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architects to scope new projects and develop Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including onshore and offshore resources
- Track delivery metrics and proactively identify risks or blockers
- Conduct retrospectives and implement delivery best practices across teams
- Develop subject matter expertise in Nexus platforms and solution offerings
- Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback and process optimization

Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in project, program, or delivery management
- Proven success delivering cloud, data, or AI/ML projects
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills using tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Ability to track and manage financial metrics (budget, forecast, margin)
- Experience supporting Sales with project scoping and SOW creation
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification preferred
