Job Description
We're seeking talented Account Executives to join our growing sales team focused on the healthcare market within the Chicago region. You'll play a crucial role in our expansion as we transform how healthcare facilities approach their technology needs.
As a Healthcare Technology Account Executive, you'll build relationships with facility managers, IT directors, and property management companies, conducting consultative needs assessments and presenting our comprehensive technology solution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategies to identify and engage healthcare facilities within 80 miles of Chicago
- Conduct comprehensive facility technology assessments to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create and present tailored proposals that demonstrate compelling ROI
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closed contract
- Work collaboratively with our implementation team to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Build a robust sales pipeline through strategic networking and referral development
- Maintain accurate records in our Zoho CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 3 years of successful B2B sales experience with demonstrated achievement of sales targets
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations or property management companies preferred
- Background in technology sales, especially networking, security, or managed services is a plus
- Excellent consultative selling and solution-based sales approach
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
