Civil Construction Project Manager
Location: Union, IL (Onsite Interview Required)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Determine project requirements such as manpower, materials, and equipment while managing costs effectively.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to define project specifications.
- Monitor safety procedures and enforce compliance with regulations and quality control standards.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Supervise on-site teams, including laborers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in civil construction project management.
- Strong expertise in large-scale civil projects, concrete work, electrical contracting, sports fields, and parking lots.
- Proficiency in Procore. Experience with Foundation, Bid 2 Win, and Trimble is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification or an equivalent credential is a plus.
