Key Responsibilities
- ERP System Implementation & Support: Configure, implement, and support IQMS/DELMIAworks solutions across multiple departments.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Design and develop Crystal Reports for business intelligence, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and operations teams to enhance ERP functionality.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Project Management: Oversee system testing, releases, and upgrades, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of ERP projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders to align ERP capabilities with strategic goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Training & Documentation: Educate technical and non-technical users on system configurations and best practices.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure regulatory compliance through system documentation and validation protocols.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with IT infrastructure teams and vendors to maintain ERP system reliability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required for project implementation and support.
Required Qualifications
✔ 3 years of experience with IQMS (DELMIAworks) and Crystal Reports.
✔ Strong understanding of ERP setups, configurations, and business processes.
✔ SQL expertise for data analysis and reporting.
✔ Experience in multi-site manufacturing operations.
✔ Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business users.
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
✔ Ability to travel (up to 25%) as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Experience in plastics manufacturing or similar industries.
✔ Familiarity with additional ERP systems and reporting tools.
✔ Experience in multi-ERP environments and IT integrations.
✔ Knowledge of quality management systems implementation.
