Responsibilities
- Maintain WO Matrix/WBS for TAR Events
- Issue WO’s to Contractors and Buyers
- Audit work orders and charges for unauthorized/incorrect use
- Daily Data Migration from Maximo/TRACK/CTIII
- Maintain and audit PO commitments
- TRACK Administration/Daily Override review
- Contractor Onboarding and Reporting Requirements
- Issuing Service PR’s
- Resolving problematic TRs and Invoices
- Assist with TAR weekly scheduling as requested
- Assist with TAR Execution reporting
- Process non‐TRACK vendor invoices
- Assist TAR Cost Team as required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4 years relevant work experience in refining, petrochemical, or utility plant environments
- Relevant work experience in auditing, data analysis, and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, Power BI and Outlook
- Through understanding of Maximo or equivalent P2P software
- Experience with TAR methodology and cost management of turnarounds in the Oil & Gas industry
- Basic understanding of Project Controls Principles
