We are searching for a passionate and driven Customer Outreach Representative to join our team and support our mission focused on promoting products and services through promotional customer enrollment and outreach campaigns serving communities around the Stockton and Sacramento market. The Customer Outreach Representative’s primary responsibilities are to shape strategic relationships and assist the sales team in executing these customer enrollment and outreach campaigns to generate buzz, interest and sales for this specific program. The Customer Outreach Representative will work closely with the sales team to strategize, implement and connect with the community.
Customer Outreach Representative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager and Community Outreach Coordinator team to plan, implement and execute field customer enrollment and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness, improve client satisfaction, and drive sales
- Work closely with Management to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key business leaders, clients, and community members to ensure all efforts are directed towards driving customer enrollment and outreach
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets and enrollment goals by organizing customer enrollment outreach campaigns
- Answer questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding the products and services
- Provide daily reports of the outreach campaign and customer enrollment to Management as requested
- Participate in ongoing training related to program knowledge, community outreach, sales, and compliance
Customer Outreach Representative Requirements:
- 0-3 years experience in community outreach, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision and handle confidential information
- Confident working under pressure and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to team build and motivate staff
- Reliable transportation and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Manteca, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
