Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Product Expertise: Master product details to confidently highlight features and competitive advantages during customer interactions.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor by offering tailored recommendations and supporting customer satisfaction and retention.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on all applicable laws and regulations to ensure sales and promotional efforts are compliant.
- Training & Enablement: Attend in-depth training sessions to stay current on products, launches, and industry best practices.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide timely reports on sales activities and share customer insights to help improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience in field sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- A strong commitment to customer service and responsible selling.
- Must meet legal requirements to enter venues serving alcohol.
- Availability to attend a multi-day, in-person training.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., spirits, cannabis, or nicotine) is a strong plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
