Family Medicine Physician - Sacramento, CA
Compensation: $120 - $150 hourly
Part-time: 2 to 3 days per week

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Primary Care to patients
Administers preliminary assessment and diagnosis for patients.
Promote health education, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Intake records and maintain patient information for diagnostic and referral as needed.
Requests laboratory tests and procedures as an aid in diagnostic procedures.
Educate patients and significant parties about procedures and test results.
Develop health programs that are patient-specific using historical data.
Monitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programs
Use patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness exams.
Administer vaccinations as needed
Educate patients and other significant parties about health management and prevention of diseases.
Refer and recommend patients to specialists for specific treatment/procedures
Keeping updated on recent medical developments
Qualifications:
2 years experience as a Family Medicine practitioner
Family Medicine internship and residency
Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
Licensed to practice in California
Able to work in Sacramento, CA
