As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, managing treatment plans, and providing comprehensive care to patients. Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient screenings, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring data integrity at each appointment.
- Analyze test results and determine appropriate follow-up care or treatment options.
- Provide quality care while meeting company metrics related to productivity and efficiency.
- Offer patient education, counseling, and guidance for those with critical or chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively within a medical team and follow directions effectively.
- Preferably 10 years of nursing experience before obtaining a Nurse Practitioner license.
- Holds a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio.
- Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) medical charting systems.
- Ability to work within a team and take direction.
- Strong written interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
