Nexus Employment is on the hunt for an exceptional CNC Laser Technician to join our manufacturing team in Hobart, IN.
Your Role:
- Expertly operate CNC laser cutting machines with a focus on safety and productivity.
- Ensure high-quality output by adjusting machine parameters and monitoring operations.
- Label and transport finished components to their destinations accurately.
- Record performance data and machine errors, communicating any issues to supervisors.
- Utilize inspection tools for precise measurements and ensure optimal part quality.
- Assist peers in machine operation, inspection, and cleaning while maintaining a tidy work area.
You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum two years of CNC operation experience.
- Forklift license and experience operating a crane.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with measurement tools including tape measures and micrometers.
