Job Summary:
- Set up and operate equipment
- Verify codes are correct at the start of the shift
- Monitor the production line and make sure all machines and equipment are properly operating
- Manage machine tasks including performing daily and weekly check
- Perform Machine cleaning and inspection
- Support cleaning and sanitation of multiple lines
- Train Personnel to perform job functions
- Perform set up and changeovers
- Accurately complete daily paperwork
- Responsible for documentation and inputting critical data into system
- Ensure product quality is preserved through proactive involvement in process improvement, machine performance, and preventive maintenance.
- Work safely on equipment, raise safety issues and help implement safety improvements
- Understand production target
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse food manufacturing facility preferred
- Previous experience operating packaging equipment and machines helpful
- A mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting is required
