Role Responsibilities
- Adjust and ensure maximum equipment efficiency
- Track downtime and troubleshoot causes
- Participate in ongoing training
- Repair and replace equipment parts as necessary
- Setup production equipment per specifications
- Immediate servicing of production lines to meet schedules
- Engage in Process Improvement activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Effective problem-solving using standard rules
- Proficient with hand tools
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic systems
- Electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Capable of working autonomously
- Mechanical proficiency
- Manual dexterity and communication strength
Education/Experience
- 1 to 2 years in a similar role preferred
- Relevant certifications advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
