Primary Duties

• Ensure optimal equipment performance through precise adjustments
• Keep accurate records of alteration and downtime
• Coordinate in training sessions
• Timely repair and replacement of equipment parts
• Establish production equipment as per requirements
• Optimize line servicing to meet schedules
• Engage in Continuous Improvement Processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Decisive in routine problem resolution
• Familiarity with pneumatic and manual tools
• Strong grasp of hydraulic, pneumatic systems
• Electrical and plumbing systems proficiency
• Independent operational capability
• Mechanical skill
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Educational Background

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role ideal
• Certification is preferred
• Diploma equivalent to high school
• Basic MS Office proficiency
