As a key member of the Intelligence Team, you will leverage your well-honed expertise in data wrangling to extract, refine, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights that impact every facet of our organization. In this role, you will apply a quantitative mindset to a diverse range of initiatives, from cleansing and structuring large, complex datasets to developing bespoke dashboards that empower internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively

Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business decisions.

Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics

Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to enhance data-driven decision-making

Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes

Collaborate with IT, marketing, finance, and other departments to optimize data usage

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security compliance

Help shape how our business manipulates and visualizes data
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating a strong foundation in data analysis

3 years of SQL experience, with ability to construct and optimize complex queries across a vast array of datasets

3 years working in Operations, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or Consulting

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Hex)

Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Powerful oral and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders and to distill the needs of our business teams
Preferred Qualifications
