About the Role

Our Client is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to drive meaningful impact through advanced data analytics and dashboard development. As a key member of the Intelligence Team, you will leverage your well-honed expertise in data wrangling to extract, refine, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights that impact every facet of our organization. In this role, you will apply a quantitative mindset to a diverse range of initiatives, from cleansing and structuring large, complex datasets to developing bespoke dashboards that empower internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively

• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business decisions.

• Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics

• Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to enhance data-driven decision-making

• Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes

• Collaborate with IT, marketing, finance, and other departments to optimize data usage

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security compliance

• Help shape how our business manipulates and visualizes data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating a strong foundation in data analysis

• 3 years of SQL experience, with ability to construct and optimize complex queries across a vast array of datasets

• 3 years working in Operations, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or Consulting

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Hex)

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Powerful oral and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders and to distill the needs of our business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines

• Experience working with big data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)

• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics

• Knowledge of scripting languages for analysis (e.g., Python, R)
