We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions that empower the company to make informed business decisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and maintaining business intelligence requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing BI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, including SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Collaborating with end users and technical teams to translate business needs into effective BI solutions.
- Standardizing and optimizing BI solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (minimum).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT role within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing BI solutions using Microsoft technologies (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Transact-SQL.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and schema types, including normalization, denormalization, star, and snowflake schemas.
- Experience with query performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions is a plus.
