Job Summary:
Oversees the strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company’s IT
infrastructure, ensuring that it supports our operations efficiently and securely. This role requires
strategic thought with strong leadership and team-building skills, a solid understanding of sales, office,
and manufacturing processes and technologies, and a forward-thinking approach to support new
technologies that keep the company competitive, efficient, and adaptable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align the Company’s business goals with
manufacturing processes.
• Develop effective Help Desk processes to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, ERP management, and
software applications.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data, implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity
measures.
• Lead and manage the IT team, providing career development and training.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their needs.
• Allocate resources appropriately to handle peak times and urgent issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that are scalable to the Company’s growth and
innovative to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Specific Department Needs:
o Marketing: Manage website product data updates, IDEA product data updates for
distributors, and support customer and agent portals.

o ED Sales: Handle CIP and special incentives JDE setup and reporting, customer price
sheets, customer and agent reporting, customer EDI setup and maintenance, and
hardware and phone system support.
o Retail Sales: Manage EDI setup and troubleshooting, setup of new BDC/FDC
warehouses, and support JDE analysts.
o Operations: Provide help desk support, system maintenance, data backup, and
address areas for improvement such as communication, training, and resource
allocation. Implement advanced security measures, ensure scalability, and introduce
innovative technologies.
o Human Resources: Evaluate AI programs and new technologies, upgrade systems
with minimal disruption, focus on cybersecurity to ensure employee and company data
is protected, and ensure employee kiosks function correctly with sufficient equipment to
meet demands.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Required: Baccalaureate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, CITM, or related field
and CITM.
Preferred: Master’s Degree
Experience:
Minimum Required: 5 years
Preferred: 7 to 10 years
