Responsibilities:
- To manage the overall business growth and operations, in line with our business plan for the region - increasing sales, customer engagement, market share and brand recognition as quality-focused, expert BI, Analytics & Data expert E2E service providers.
- Create and implement the commercial strategy for the region to move ahead.
- Establish and manage a strong and effective network within the key players on the market.
- Handling the end-to-end sales cycle:
- Ensuring that we achieve the annual targets, increasing market penetration and brand recognition.
- Responsible for supervising all the commercial proposals and participate in the customer presentations when appropriate.
- Acquire new key clients and give support to the existing ones.
- Nurture the customer relationship to the highest standard and assist in developing the overall customer relationship management strategy to be implemented across all markets and accounts.
- Ensure that all customer contact on the accounts is fast, efficient and knowledgeable.
- Leveraging existing relationships in EMEA, establish US-side working relationships with our close technology partners such as Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau, Knime, DataIku, Cloudera, Snowflake, and others.
- In collaboration with our HR team, build a locally based business support and consulting team who will work with our European consulting teams to service US customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical subject, ideally with MBA or equivalent master
- Solid experience gained in the IT professional services sector, ideally in BI, Analytics & Data areas.
- Minimum 5 years working in a similar position, ideally from consulting or software PS related companies.
- Technically skilled and experienced to an advanced level to be able to speak to customer challenges in our core areas.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Empathic, team-player with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills as well as the ability to network and influence at the highest level. Results oriented & proactive person, committed to company growth, multitasking, organized, detailed and positive.
- Business travel expected.
