Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Project Launch Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the seamless processing of Sales Orders (SOWs), ensure accurate and current CRM data management, and coordinate timely extract scheduling. Additionally, you’ll follow up on past sales orders and collaborate with partners to ensure prompt responses to outreach communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Order Management: Proactively track and follow up on pending sales orders to guarantee timely extract scheduling and related actions.
- CRM Updates: Maintain an accurate and updated CRM system, ensuring customer information, sales orders, and communications are recorded and easily accessible.
- Partner Engagement: Reach out to partners regularly to follow up on outreach efforts, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Extract Scheduling: Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and process all required extracts within set deadlines, avoiding delays in customer orders.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on order statuses, CRM activity, and partner communication to team members and leadership.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and support teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in order and extract scheduling.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address potential issues or inefficiencies related to sales orders or CRM data management, implementing solutions promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred).
