We’re looking for a Release Manager to lead the release and user acceptance testing (UAT) of our enterprise SaaS platform. This AI-driven data solution supports smarter media buying through privacy-compliant identity resolution, predictive analytics, and advanced audience targeting.
As a Release Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of our products, ensuring high-quality releases, streamlined communications, and efficient incident management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, marketing, and client services to ensure seamless and timely platform updates.
Key Responsibilities
Release Management

Oversee all release activities for the proprietary platform, including hotfixes and major updates.

Evaluate and communicate the impact of issues to internal teams and clients, offering solutions and workarounds.

Collaborate across departments to align release schedules, share updates, and manage risk.

Translate complex technical issues into clear updates for business stakeholders.
Incident & Risk Communication

Build and improve communication frameworks for incident triage and resolution.

Ensure users receive timely, transparent updates during incidents and outages.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Develop UAT plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Coordinate UAT efforts across product, development, QA, and analytics teams.

Review and validate test cases, monitor execution, and track defect resolution.

Deliver reports with test outcomes, quality metrics, and process improvement recommendations.
What We’re Looking For

5 years of experience in product or release management, ideally within SaaS and big data environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

Deep understanding of SDLC, QA best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Monday.com, Snowflake, AWS, and DBT.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data/software issues.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
