The Senior Consultant must be focused on the outcomes for the customer as well as being a technical expert and trusted advisor for both colleagues and cruise-line customers.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: - · Providing detailed advice and guidance to customers in the effective use of systems, products and services available to them. · Providing technical support/assistance to account managers for quotes/bids when required · Identifying and analysing customer business processes and requirements · Exploring, evaluating and proposing new business opportunities; · Compiling database specifications and business process documents · System configuration and testing · System Quality Assurance Testing (i.e. patch testing, upgrade testing, etc · Delivering standard or bespoke training courses (onsite or off-site); · Performing on-site visits where required (e.g. for implementation, training, trouble-shooting); · Executing assigned Operations (Consultancy and/or Project) tasks where directed by the Director of Customer Services; · Creating bespoke documentation for both internal and/or external use; |
