 We are seeking a skilled IT professional with expertise across multiple disciplines, including servers, networking, information security, cloud technologies, and End User Computing (EUC). Key Responsibilities:

• IT Solution Design:

  • Develop customized IT solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and company standards. Solutions may include:
    • Local server and cloud-based systems for file sharing, email/fax services, authentication, security, remote access, building management, backups, and EUC.
    • EUC environments such as desktops, laptops, and VDI/session-based systems.

• Onsite Client Support:

  • Implement and manage IT systems at client locations while providing exceptional end-user support.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach to problem-solving.

• Issue & Project Management:

  • Utilize our ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve IT issues and projects efficiently.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and collaborate with project coordinators when needed to ensure successful delivery.

• System Monitoring & Maintenance:

  • Proactively monitor IT infrastructure to maintain network uptime and quickly resolve potential issues.

• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the team to assess and enhance existing and emerging technologies, driving improvements in IT service delivery.
