We are searching for an organized and proactive Graphic Designer for our San Antonio Dominion Office! This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to deep dive into organizational training, production management, and broad team training strategies.
Responsibilities :
In this position, you will be responsible for pre-press,file handling and digital output. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and brings experience in production printing, marketing, sales, and equipment management. This role requires a team player attitude. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in Adobe creative suite, and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications :
- Experience with developing and implementing and keeping production schedules
- Skilled in monitoring production processes and adjusting as needed to ensure on-time project delivery
- Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and quality control, to streamline production
- A keen attention to detail to ensure workflows and maintain product quality standards
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources that are engaging, informative, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify relevant opportunities and evaluate trends
- Actively network and attend industry events to build partnerships and relative business contacts
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches effectively
- Train, and supervise production staff, including setting performance expectations and conducting performance evaluations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess
- Travel Readiness : Willingness and ability to travel extensively and train in other markets (up to 25% of the time)
- Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned
