Qualifications
· Experience in Prior Authorizations is a must
· Certified Medical Assistant is a must

Responsibilities
· Demonstrates knowledge of insurance plans and pharmacy procedures, systems, controls, and work streams
· Demonstrates experience working collaboratively with pharmacies and insurance plans
· Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support
· Demonstrates ability to respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers
· Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done
· Reviews Account Detail to determine if Auth. is needed
· Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments
· May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
Benefits
Anticipated salary range: Based on experience, beginning pay will be $15.00/hr. Starting pay will be determined by experience level. Reevaluation is conduct at the 90-day mark and yearly.

Job description
· Contracts and Billing is responsible for finance related activities such as customer and vendor contract administration, customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing (including drop-ships), processing chargebacks and vendor invoices, developing and negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts.
· Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams.
· Demonstrates experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.
· Position will require employee to function as part of a CMA team in supporting all clinic operations when time permits.
· This position will provide the training needed for a strong candidate that is ready to grow with our company.
· Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.
· Demonstrates ability to respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers.
· Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
· Hours of business operations are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm M-T and 7:30 am to 1:30 pm on Fridays. No Weekends or nights!
