Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces and interior common areas. This role involves a variety of tasks including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and the operation of power and hand tools. The Groundskeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring that our grounds are well-kept and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Perform snow removal and ice treatment task.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other planted areas by watering, weeding, and mulching.
- Irrigate grounds as needed to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Assist in landscape maintenance projects such as planting new trees or shrubs.
- Clear debris from pathways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Assist techs in completing other task as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Driving license in good standing.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
