What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Leasing Agent position at Nexus Real Estate?
The Right Candidate:
The right candidate will possess strong leasing and marketing skills and have had previous experience in leasing and or property management. This candidate should be strong in graphic design and be able to think creatively to generate an influx of traffic and tours for the properties. Candidate should have the ability to multi task as well as be available to assist in other Austin property locations and exhibit a friendly and go getter attitude.
Job Description:
Responsible for all social media marketing and correspondence through Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This includes advertising, posting/commenting and responding to all leads timely
Create and distribute flyers to preferred employers, local businesses and the community
Schedule all properties with tours on a daily basis - handle all incoming leasing calls
Follow up with all tours to identify weaknesses in showings or property conditions
Respond to all inquiries through our company software and other various platforms
Create unique banners and signage for the properties as needed
Assist with finding and securing corporate leases
Assist with securing locators for all properties
Work closely with the property managers and leasing agents to stay updated on property changes
Report on a weekly basis to Regionals and Owners progress made and projects pending
Location:
Corporate office with various visits to the properties as needed
Commission: $20/Hour bonus for every tour scheduled.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
