Duties
- Handle patient inquiries regarding their respiratory orders and needs.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Process incoming mail, including patient payments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Strong phone experience addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in various administrative tasks to enhance overall office productivity.
Qualifications
- Brightree software, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams - REQUIRED
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
