Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a MDS Coordinator. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance. They will collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive resident assessments and documentation.
Qualifications
- MDS Assessment, Care Planning, and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Experience in conducting comprehensive resident assessments and documentation
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of MDS experience
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
