Controls Service Technician – Building Automation

We have 9 locations and are looking for technicians in Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Greenville and Ashville

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair building automation and control systems .
  • Test, modify, and program various controls software platforms (Niagara, Johnson Controls, Trane, Honeywell, etc.).
  • Perform end-to-end device testing, equipment start-up, and troubleshooting .
  • Handle customer relations and provide on-site technical support.
  • Interpret control drawings, plans, and sequences of operation .
  • Manage small projects independently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service work and inventory.
  • Ensure safety compliance and participate in ongoing technical training.

    • What You Need :

  • 5 years of field experience in building automation and controls .
  • Ability to diagnose, program, and repair digital control systems.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills .
  • Must pass a background check .
