Nexus Therapy is now hiring for a full-time school psychologist position for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year! This position pays $75 per hour with up to 7 hours per full shift worked (35 for the full work week). You would be working in a hybrid role with a great, supportive district about 30 minutes outside of lovely Hartford, Connecticut. You would be doing testing and attending some meetings on-site and working remotely for some meetings and report writing. Job duties include administering and interpreting tests, writing reports, attending meetings, etc.

```Duties:```
- Evaluate and diagnose psychology disorders in students of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
- Collaborate with other educational professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide education and guidance to students, families, and caregivers on development strategies.
```Qualifications:```
- Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid Connecticut state license or certification in School Psychology.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in school psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
