Overview
We're seeking aBenefits Managerto lead and oversee our employee benefits programs. As our Benefits Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our team members have a smooth and positive benefits experience. From overseeing enrollment to managing vendor relationships, this role will have the opportunity to refine processes and lead wellbeing initiatives while maintaining a high standard of service for our employees. You'll collaborate closely with HR leadership and external partners to administer key benefits programs for our organization.

What You'll Do
Manage Benefits Programs : Oversee benefits plans for health, dental, vision, leaves of absence, disability, life insurance, and wellness initiatives, ensuring that our programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with all legal requirements.Lead Open Enrollment : Coordinate our annual open enrollment, ensuring smooth execution and clear employee communication.Ensure Compliance : Stay up to date with federal and state regulations like ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and FMLA, handling reporting, audits, and required filings and notices.Team Leadership and Collaboration : Provide guidance, training, and support to help team members be successful; collaborate with internal teams to align benefits programs with organizational goals.Enhance the Employee Experience : Serve as a key resource for benefits questions and provide clear and helpful communication, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.Vendor Management : Partner with third-party vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize benefits program administration and performance.Engagement and Education : Develop and deliver communication strategies, presentations, guides, and resourcesto educate our employees about their benefits options.Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor benefits market trends and analyze utilization data; provide benchmarking data andregular reports to leadership with key insights to help optimize employee satisfaction and retention.Work Schedule :

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5 years of experience in benefits, retirement savings plan, and leave administration, preferably in a multi-site, multi-state and transborder (U.S. and Canada) environmentWork Environment
