Overview
Join our team at Louisiana Water Utilities, a leading water utility dedicated to providing excellent service to our community. The Field Technician performs routine checks of water and / or wastewater treatment systems; responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules / regulations. Assist in all areas of operations, maintenance, and customer service as needed for all facility systems within the company.

Skills
Must possess general procedures for installing, maintaining, and replacing water and wastewater services; safety hazards, procedures, and equipment used when working on or near underground utility lines; tools, equipment, materials, and supplies needed for installing, maintaining, and repairing water and wastewater lines.
Work Experience
1 year of directly related experience in water and / or wastewater system operations, maintenance, customer service, and prefer experience operating back-hoe and / or track-hoe equipment.
