Job Overview
Nexus is seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing projects. You'll ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. You'll instill new processes but also know when to be flexible. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Nexus's groundbreaking mission by driving the success of critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Facilitate team meetings, including kickoffs, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to drive efficiency and alignment.
- Track project performance using KPIs, providing reports and insights to inform future planning.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
