Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain the Lenel OnGuard access control system.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and availability through regular updates and troubleshooting.
- Oversee user access management and provide support for system users.
- Manage and maintain the Genetec Security Center video management system (VMS).
- Configure video surveillance settings and ensure video data integrity.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to address security and video system needs.
- Provide technical support for both access control and video management systems.
