Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: preferred Microsoft certified cloud, not mandatory. Great collaboration/communication between team members and technical real-life skill is required.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain extensive industry experience contributing to the success of real-life, scalable, and automated solutions. Ability to quickly understand the existing mature tool and get up to speed with minimal guidance. Experience in collaborating with team members and external organizations within Microsoft. Strong system design thinking and end-to-end software development skills.
