Roles & Responsibilities:
- Citrix Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud solutions.
- Azure Integration: Deploy and manage Citrix workloads on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Citrix Cloud services.
- User Access & Security: Configure policies, profiles, and authentication mechanisms to ensure secure and efficient user access.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents related to Citrix and Azure environments.
- Automation & Optimization: Utilize PowerShell scripting and automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Patch Management & Upgrades: Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure system stability and security.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and changes.
