Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager specializing in HR, HRM, and workforce management, with expertise in S/4 HANA Integration and Concur. The role will involve managing large-scale SAP HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for HR, HRM, and workforce management initiatives.
- Oversee integration of S/4 HANA HR modules and Concur.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology(a plus).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
- Develop project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and performance tracking.
- Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of SAP HR solutions.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of project management experience in HR & SAP solutions.
- Strong expertise in S/4 HANA HRM, workforce management, and Concur integration.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
- Utility domain experience is a strong plus.
