Available Shift:
12 Hours Night Shift – 7:00 Pm to 7:00 Am.
Job Description:
The Process Technician will maintain control of processes in thermoplastic and silicone molding in addition to providing support to the execution of the production schedule including component changes, setups, and startups in support of the manufacturing floor.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Safety is everyone’s responsibility
Perform mold changes and startups
Perform first piece inspections on new startups
Perform process troubleshooting and part inspections to ensure part conformity/quality
Perform material changes as dictated by schedule
Perform required mold PMs.
Required Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Mold Technician experience is required
Ability to read and interpret blue prints
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Ability to read measuring devices, i.e. micrometer, Vernier calipers, Acu-Gage, etc.
Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours while turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, clutching, placing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Highly Desirable:
ISO 9001/13485 knowledge
Working knowledge of SmartSheet and IQMS
