What are the responsibilities and job description for the Underground utilities/site Superintendent position at NFA Technologies?
The Superintendent is responsible for the overall timely completion of major projects in a safe and efficient manner, in line with the project scope with no injuries.
The Superintendent will drive and maintain a culture of safety and will ensure all crews follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Drive strong relationships with the client with regular and frequent communication on project status
Estimate and review vids documents, procedure and manage site work construction projects
Develop and maintain client, subcontractor and vendor relationships and provide alternative methods to increase field productions and efficiencies
Analyze job analysis through B2W software to ensure project is on time and on budget
Assist Project Manager with monthly job projections, change orders, and resource management.
Requirements:
Typical 40-60 hours per week.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
High school education or GED
8-10 years’ experience in underground utilities/site work or related experience
Travel to jobsites and to Fort Lupton, CO office
Valid driver's license
Physical Demands:
This position is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
