Responsibilities:
Membership Sales & Retention:
- Actively promote and sell fitness and spa memberships to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to retain existing members and encourage renewals.
- Create and execute strategies to increase membership sales and engagement.
- Track and report membership metrics for both fitness and spa services.
Client Engagement:
- Welcome and assist new members, ensuring they understand the benefits of fitness and spa amenities.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate membership benefits, including spa discounts or package offerings.
Programming Support:
- Collaborate with the Fitness Manager, spa team, and instructors to promote group fitness classes, personal training packages, and spa services.
- Upsell additional services such as wellness packages, spa treatments, and exclusive programs.
Facility Oversight:
- Ensure fitness and spa facilities are clean, organized, and meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor member usage and ensure compliance with gym and spa policies.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns for fitness and spa membership sales.
- Participate in community events to build awareness and generate leads for both services.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate membership records for both fitness and spa members, and process payments or account adjustments as needed.
- Schedule tours, consultations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Goal Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales targets for both fitness and spa offerings.
- Work with the team to develop strategies for membership growth and increased revenue.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fitness, spa, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, wellness programs, and spa services is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising others is a plus. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must! The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour and some schedule flexibility is required for shift coverage in emergency situations.

The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus a commission for each membership sold.
