A typical day at one of our luxury residential buildings…
As an NFC Amenity Doorperson, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are the first person residents (and their guests) interact with when they come home.
Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.
Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day :
- Greet residents, guests and vendors, etc. as they enter and exit the building
- Open the door for residents, guests, vendors, etc. as they enter and exit the building.
- Open car doors for residents and guests if requested, or for handicapped individuals.
- Assist residents with groceries, packages, luggage, etc. as they enter building to include assistance to their units.
- Assist residents with securing taxi and / or other transportation from the front door
- Versed in basic knowledge of concierge duties for desk coverage when concierge steps away.
- Assist at loading dock with move in / outs.
- Direct visitors and deliveries to the appropriate locations.
- Walk amenity space and make sure all areas are clean and secure
We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must! The pay is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. We are interviewing for afternoon and evening shifts.
