Diagnostic Expert Wanted
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Diagnostic Expert to join our Fleet Services team at NFI Industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues on our fleet of tractors and trailers using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers using JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows Performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance on our fleet of vehicles.
- Conduct DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines.
- Lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- PREFERRED: Ability to obtain a Class B license.
- Technical or advanced degree OR 1-7 years of Class 8 diesel experience.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.
